We are seeking project subissions for a course-based WIL project in Managing Organizational Change. Please note that there is no financial cost associated with your participation. Instead, we seek your invaluable commitment in the form of time and expertise. Students will analyze the proposed organizational change issue and apply current change management models and theories to provide recommendations and analysis on how to navigate the proposed change.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will complile a detailed report that includes research, analysis, insights and recommendations. Students will develop a presentation highlighting their key findings and recommendations.

Project Examples

The emphasis of these projects is for students to experience how change management theories are applied within workplace settings and/or addressing industry challenges. As a guide to consider what projects your organization would be interested in submitting, below are some examples of potential projects:

  • Navigating organizational restructuring. 
  • Undergoing a widespread digital transformation.
  • Enhancing organizational culture. 
  • Implementing a new organizational system or program. 


Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Will a mentor be able to commit to regularly meeting with student(s) and providing input and feedback for the duration of the project?

You agree to provide your team with mid-project and end-of-project feedback.

You agree to attend, in-person or virtually, a final presentation from students at the end of term.
