The student group will submit a written project plan, as well as formally present their project to the industry partner (in person or virtually).

Project Examples

A group of student-consultants will develop a thorough Project Management Plan for a project of your choosing. Using Project Management Theory, students will put together a thorough breakdown of a future project for your organization, including project requirements, schedule and responsibilities.

Examples of projects have included, but are not limited to:

  • Development of a new website
  • Implementation of a new software or system
  • Business process change
  • Office relocation
  • Rebranding project or implementation of new logo
  • New product/service launch 
  • Evaluation of new technology or suppliers
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be able to work with up to 3 different groups

Be available for a 1-hour interview (virtual, phone, or in person) in order to make sure the students fully understand your company and the project

Be responsive to periodic emails to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress

Attend (virtually or in person) the students' presentation
