Project Examples

Beginning this January, groups of five student-consultants will spend 300+ hours working to develop actionable strategic recommendations for your organization.

Consultant groups can examine your strategy to identify potential challenges or weaknesses or focus on an existing strategic challenge.

They will analyze your industry and competitive environment to understand the business context and provide tailored, actionable recommendations.

Examples challenges include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to competition.
  • Evaluating a new market.
  • Exploring ideas for a new business.
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone call with the organizer to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address student’s questions or provide additional information.

Minimum of 2-4 interactions with the students in-person or remotely (approximately 4-6 hours over the duration of the project).
