Project Examples

Requirements

Starting this September, students working in teams of 4-6 will spend 1,000+ hours developing a strategic plan to achieve your specified goals.

Guided by the McKinsey Engagement model, student groups will execute a rapid assessment and project scope definition, then provide project deliverables, which address your needs and goals.

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Building a full digital and non-digital marketing strategy.
  • Creating a business plan.
  • Completing a competitive market assessment to determine effective promotional tactics.
  • Creating a business growth plan.
  • Defining a target audience and communications strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities.

Additional company criteria

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Provide a dedicated contact who will be available for the three on-campus visits scheduled throughout the project period.

Complete the E-Clinic application before our scheduled phone call.

Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.

Be available for a quick phone call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
