Reach out to the project sponsor and schedule a meeting with them to discuss the project scope.
Prepare questions ahead of time, and a pre-plan to discuss with the employer. You're expected to do your best to understand the real business problem that the employer is facing. The project scope meeting is also an opportunity for you to practice negotiation skills. Make sure to agree to incorporate elements to the project that are aligned with the time that your team can commit to this project.

Provide to the employer your project proposal that should be carried out from October, onwards.

October 5, 2024Project Revision
In case the employer asked you to modify any element of the project proposal, this is the deadline for you to implement the changes and submit the final version of the project proposal.

October 6, 2024Execution Begins
Start actively working on the project. Remember to communicate regularly with the employer while observing the communication timeline you both agreed during the project proposal development.

November 16, 2024Mid-Point Check In
Provide to the employer a summary of all the activities done so far, and discuss accomplishment, challenges, etc.
The purpose of this mid-point check is to ensure that you're in the right track to deliver high quality results at the end of the project.

Provide the final report to the employer and book a time to present the main insights, conclusions and accomplishments of the project undertaking.
Be ready to answer any question proposed by the employer.

After receiving feedback from the employer, take a moment to reflect on what went well, and what didn't.
