Are you planning an employee event or other HR project? In this assignment, student-consultants will help your organization plan an event of your choosing. Students will develop a full project plan, including scope statement, decision documents, timeline and milestones, stakeholder evaluation & communication plan, and risk evaluation.

Students will present a completed event plan based on your needs. This plan can include, but is not limited to:

  • Scope statement
  • Budget

Project Examples

Students will work with you to determine event goals, timelines, and budget.  Depending on the size of your event, you can ask several students or groups to take ownership of specific deliverables. 

Project examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Corporate party 
  • Trade show
  • Conference 
  • Training or workshop 
  • Fundraiser
  • Employee rewards dinner 
  • Employee “fun day”
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
