Expected outcomes and deliverables

This is a massive, multi-faceted project. Each of the 5 groups will be in charge of a facet of the project (answering important questions that you co-create with the professor) and do 3 months of work to help your firm find creative, tangible, and implementable solutions - a total of 1000 hours of work. Each group will provide a 15-minute presentation, as well as a report answer your questions, which together will formulate your strategy moving forward.

Project Examples

Your firm has a complex challenge that it would like outside research and consultation on to provide different perspectives. This could include:

  • a B2B company wanting to know how to leverage social media both internally and externally to increase value
  • how can your company leverage new technologies and information to create efficiencies or new revenue streams
  • how can your company attract and retain next generation talent, which is increasingly in high demand
  • or anything else related to your business, as long as it is complex and multifaceted.
Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be a Boston area-based company

Attend a class in January (75 minutes) to introduce yourself, your firm, the challenge facing you, and the 5 questions that students will answer

Attend one class in February and another in March (75 minutes each) to engage with the students and answer questions.

Be responsive to periodic emails to answer any questions or concerns that the student(s) may have as they progress

Attend a class (or have the class come to your firm to present) in April to listen to the presentations and provide feedback (2.5 hours)
