Project Examples

Requirements

Beginning this January, five groups of MBA students will work over 1,500 hours to help your organization effectively manage an upcoming change.

Serving as external consultants, groups will analyze the impact of the change on your business and devise a change management strategy.

The MBA student-consultants' perspective and expertise will allow you to consider new approaches to the change and unexpected areas of impact.

Based on their analysis, they will deliver a strategy that manages risks, takes advantage of opportunities, and executes change effectively.

Some change initiative examples include:

  • Merger or acquisition
  • Restructuring
  • Leadership challenges
  • Implementing a new technology system
  • Redesigning an internal system or process
  • Re-imagining your mission, vision, and purpose
  • Developing and using learning communities
  • Developing a partnership with another organization
  • Preparing your organization for a change in legislation

Note: This is not a marketing project.
