Are you exploring global markets for your organization's offerings? In this project, EMBA student-consultants will work in teams, applying their business acumen and creativity to identify and analyze appropriate internationalization strategies for your product or service. They will use knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the global business environment and the complexity of operating in an international setting obtained during this course. International target markets and an associated internationalization approach will be recommended after an analysis of the industry landscape, socioeconomic trends, cultural, regulatory, and financial analysis.

This course is an intensive two-week offering with two all-day classroom sessions and interim time devoted to self-directed small-group work on the client project. Project introductions are tentatively scheduled for Saturday December 3rd and final recommendations will be presented to the client on Saturday December 10th.
