Learner goals and capabilities

The MA Leadership Graduate Program at Trinity Western University (TWU) offers first-year graduate students an opportunity to engage with real-world leadership challenges in the course Strategic Leadership. Students in this program are developing advanced leadership skills, particularly in strategic thinking, servant leadership, and social responsibility. They are equipped to analyze, design, and implement leadership strategies while focusing on human motivation, direction, and development.

Students are actively looking to apply leadership theories to real organizational problems, integrate ethical decision-making, and foster social responsibility. By collaborating with employers on projects, students will demonstrate their ability to research, communicate, and lead while further developing key leadership competencies.
