I enjoyed working with Courtney in the summer of 2023. She is a hard-working woman and willing to learn and research what she doesn’t understand. She completed a report on the resources for professional development for service providers in settlement services. A requirement from our research community partner. She also worked on the research project first draft report, which involved literature review and documenting the study participants narratives based on research themes. She was thorough in her research and provided valuable feedback whenever I needed it.
