Tapfuma and Jay were excellent mentors and managers throughout this experience. I felt as though I was given so much room to put my creativity, ambition, ideas and skills to use - while still having the support necessary to steer me on the right path if I ever needed it. This team is doing excellent, important work, and I am extremely grateful to have taken part in it!
