Walker is a bright student who has worked with very minimal supervision and alongside our platform to which he has been given the freedom and opportunity to self-guide and apply skills that he is knowledgeable about and interested in expanding. All in all, what we have seen is right on track with our goals and his communication is always intuitive so we appreciate his synergistic desire to think outside the box and not be limited to specific responsibilities.
