Working with Yan and Marc was an exceptionally positive experience. Their ability to encourage innovative thinking significantly enhanced our project's execution. However, there is one area that, if improved, could greatly benefit the program's participants, particularly due to their novice status in this field. The participants, being students who have recently acquired their skill sets, would benefit immensely from feedback that is succinct, precise, and articulate. Given their limited experience, feedback that lacks clarity can be particularly challenging to navigate.
