The ICT ignite program is a very cool opportunity, but its truly the company and people that you can work alongside that make it enjoyable. Tiffany was an amazing contact and support as I worked through my project, being flexible when my schedule shifted suddenly and checking in with my progress throughout the project. The nature of my particular project didn't necessitate much contact throughout, but she set clear goals, objectives, and outcomes for this project and the deliverable. I'm grateful for the collaborative opportunity and experience and for Tiffany's participation in the ICT Ignite Skills program.
