resume screening performance management phone interviews employment contracts administrative support booking (sales)We are looking for a Jr. HR Assistant intern to support our busy HR consultant company that provides recruitment and HR services to SME's in Ontario Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO & Founder, through assistance with the hiring process to our client base along with assistance on other HR services to our clients.
-Screening resumes
-Booking candidates for a phone interview
-Posting of Job Ad's to various online job boards
-Booking one-on-one interviews with our clients
-Conducting employment reference checks for final candidates
-Prepare offer letter & employment contracts for new hires of our clients
-Assisting with the design and evaluation of the performance management program
-Assisting with putting together employee policy handbooks
Sara, the CEO & Founder will be the direct mentor for the student and will be assigning the tasks to the student(s). Sara will also meet with the student(s) regularly throughout the term.

She started MKS HR Consulting and became the HR Department for Small Business.
