Valemount Consulting's goal is to leverage the expertise of retired C-suite executives and specialized practitioners to provide real-world solutions in collaboration with FinTech companies. Valemount specializes in practical consulting and educational services, and is seeking motivated interns to join our team. This internship program will be dividedinto three phases, offering a comprehensive learning experience in consulting, risk management and AI.

Phase 1: Orientation and Training

Objectives:

• Understand the core values, mission, and services of Valemount Consulting
• Gain familiarity with the consulting industry and the specific role of FinTech

collaboration

• Learn about the Risk Academy and its offerings

Activities:

• Participate in introductory / onboarding sessions about risk management, AI and

iindustry-specific consulting

• Shadow senior consultants and retired C-suite executives to observe client interactions

Phase 2: Practical Engagement and Project Participation

Objectives:

• Apply the knowledge gained in Phase 1 to real-world scenarios
• Assist in delivering consulting and educational services to clients
• Collaborate with FinTech companies on risk and AI-related projects

Activities:

• Support senior consultants in preparing project deliverables
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and client needs
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and contributing insights
• Assist in the development of educational materials for the Risk Academy

Phase 3: Independent Project and Presentation

Objectives:

• Synthesize learning and experiences from the previous phases into a comprehensive

report for the Risk Academy

• Present findings and recommendations to the Valemount senior leadership team

Activities:

• Identify relevant topics and client challenges in addressing business risks
• Conduct in-depth research, and develop actionable solutions and educational content.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation showcasing project outcomes and personal

learnings
