The main goal for the project is to develop a sales strategy to expand the market for TataTattoos, focusing on reaching potential customers who have undergone a mastectomy, transgenders, and individuals who want to try temporary nipple/areola tattoos or are unable to get permanent tattoos. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Conducting market research to identify potential customer segments and their preferences.


- Developing a marketing plan to reach and engage with the identified customer segments.


- Creating promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the target audience.


- Implementing sales tactics to increase product visibility and drive conversions.


- Analyzing the effectiveness of the sales strategy and making adjustments as needed.


  • Understanding and develop strategy regarding nature of product and ability to show, market and sell product images in different social media outlets and through Google and search engines


  • Future recommendations


**Unique challenge with inventory upgrades and replenishments. Product prints with "color shift" and have had to purchase in enormous quantities to ensure consistency. Though I can see competitors are printing with another company and not having this issue.

Deliverables

- Implementation of sales tactics and a report on the effectiveness of the strategy with any necessary adjustments.


- A final presentation summarizing the sales strategy and its potential impact with future recommendations on expanding the market for TataTattoos.
