Build a 10-15 pages business plan for our business.

Students will be tasked with presenting a comprehensive business plan tailored to our specific needs and those of our clients. This plan will encompass planning for scaling up production, distribution and sales of existing products.

Research co-packing options and plan out scaling up production steps and timeline.

Research new containers, ingredients providers etc to match the new production needs.

Develop a funding strategy for the scaling up cost.

Perform market analysis to better target our sales efforts and product packaging.

In conjunction with the new production, audit our expenses to find cost effective ways to operate and maximize profit.

Develop a sale strategy based on previous steps to bring the business to a profitable and sustainable level.
