PROJECT SCOPE - PHASE 1

We have launched a new business and we are looking for support in conducting a review of the following legal aspects of our business:

1. Business legal structure (including shareholder agreements and incorporation)

2. Terms and conditions

3. Data protection and privacy policy

Key activities:

1. Conduct a review of our incorporation and shareholder agreements

- How can we optimize the proposed legal structure based on the business model we have designed?

- How can manage the risk and what considerations should be in place in the scenario where a shareholder wants to exit the business?

- Any other legal or regulatory considerations we should consider?

2. Conduct a review of our terms and conditions that we can make available on the website

- What loopholes do we need to address in our terms and conditions?

3. Conduct a review of our data protection and privacy policy

- Support us with the write-up of comprehensive data protection and privacy policy that aligns to new regulatory requirements (e.g., GPPR, etc.)

- Provide us with a list of considerations and actions the business should be taking to enforce the policy

- What loopholes do we need to address?

- How can we evidence the steps taken by our business to protect our customers' information?
