The main goal for the project is to source and onboard translators who can review and approve transcripts across Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, and Portuguese for Aview International. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and identifying potential translators for each language.


- Contacting and negotiating with potential translators to onboard them to the Aview International platform.


- Creating a process for the translators to review and approve transcripts.


- Training the translators on the Aview International platform and standards for reviewing and approving transcripts.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A list of onboarded translators for each language with contact information.


- A documented process for the translators to review and approve transcripts.


- Training materials and documentation for the onboarded translators.



Final deliverables should include:


- A comprehensive report detailing the sourced translators, onboarding process, and training materials.


Mentorship

You will be mentored by individuals who are part of Techstars and the Creative Destruction Labs accelerator. You will also get access to the founders of Aview for stand-up meetings. You will also have access to any additional paid or subscription resources to help complete the tasks.
