We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging and outreach.
We’d like students to help us with the following:
- Conduct external analysis (including customer, competitor, market and environment) as well as marketing mix performance.
- Marketing Mix strategy: Providing insight and recommending sustainable strategies related to the Marketing Mix
- Developing an integrated online/offline communication strategy
- Describing the features, advantages and benefits (FAB) of a product
- Social Media: An analysis of how to leverage social media channels to reach different customer groups
- Identifying potential partners for expansion, and providing a strategic overview.
- How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition for each partner?
- Outlining how to enter the market (including identification of key risks and launch strategies).
- Providing tactical or operational recommendations for a defined market entry/expansion strategy
You will be collaborating with the team, working closely with the CEO, CXO and CPO as well as our advisors who are industry experts in the field of marketing. Both are serial authors and nominated amongst Forbes best marketers.
