Our challenges:

There are several tonnes of papers wasted in North America. At the same time, the demand for paper bags is increasing. The kraft paper bags are not eco-friendly. Currently, we collect clean newsprints, flyers from local libraries and flyer distributors (Nova Scotia & New Brunswick). Once it collected, we clean it without any chemicals or bleaching. After that, we make paper bags and sell them to small businesses. There are multiple challenges includes on sales, Pricing, creating awareness to the customers, because they think the regular paper bags are eco-friendly and cheap, return on investment, research, analysis

We don’t have any proper CRM systems to streamline the whole process. We are looking for business solutions, suggestions from students on How to have a proper solution in place and turn them into profitable and sustainable businesses.

We want students to study any similar business models and suggest our solutions, it can be improvised solution or brand new solutions.

This project will be great learning for students because this project involves real-time research, analysis, and development. The students get great hands-on from this project.
