We are issuing a Green Bond and we need a team to make it happen.

In the Resources section I have added a Precis of the Bond and the Green Bond Framework.

At the highest levels these are the deliverables:

  • Marketing materials for the Bond
  • Listing the Binod
  • Covenants in the Bond
  • Underwriting the Bond
  • Investors In the SPV
  • Investors in the Bond
  • Meeting the Climate Bond Initiative requirements
  • Pro-Forma for the SVP and the Bond Use of Proceeds
  • Business plan for Use Of Proceeds
  • Legal Documents
  • And much much more
Deliverables

We are developing a team to work on the Bond.

The team will address all parts of the bond issue process.

We are taking a Agile project management approach to the launch of the Bond

We will provide training for those not familiar with the process.

Students will select specific activities (backstories in Agile) to work on.

All students will learn about Green Bonds.
