The main goal for the project is to conduct all relevant research and analysis to build a product launch plan for Be Uninterrupted, a data-driven digital copilot to enable professional women to unblock systemic barriers in their career paths.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competition.


- Analyzing the existing data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.


- Developing a comprehensive product launch plan including marketing strategies, timelines, and budget considerations.


- Collaborating with the team to ensure the plan aligns with the company's mission and goals.


- Testing the plan and making adjustments based on feedback and data analysis.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Market research report including target audience analysis and competitive landscape.


- Data analysis report highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.


- Comprehensive product launch plan with detailed marketing strategies, timelines, and budget considerations.


- Presentation of the plan to the company's stakeholders.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including all research, analysis, and the product launch plan.


- A presentation explaining the plan and its rationale.


Mentorship

We will have meetings with the student(s) at least once per week, but would be happy to have more.


We will provide quick turnarounds and thoughtful feedback in deliverable reviews.


We will offer coaching and mentorship through the process.


We will provide a glowing reference at the end of a successful engagement.
