Our company is seeking someone that can help us with our data analytics work. Your work will involve multiple aspects of our websites and software where we collect data and we need to improve the visualization of that data for users. We also need KPIs derived from that data to improve performance.

This project involves taking an existing data dashboard and coming up with the ways in which we can present data to the user as well as showcasing what is working for them, what isn't working for them, and learning from their data on how they can improve their business.

The high level goal is to help our company give better analytics dashboards to our customers so they can get the most important insights into their business.

Students will need to help the CEO with researching the types of dashboards we can create short term as well as helping with the redesign of the existing dashboard. I'm also looking at building useful alerts for our customers regardless of the type of BI platform they use.

I'd likely need monthly breakdowns of data, trends analysis and alerts system based on any increase or decrease of KPIs.
