Develop a data-centric strategic operational advancement initiative that harnesses the power of data science to drive organizational growth and innovation. The main aim of this project is to enhance our capabilities in identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities through advanced data analytics.

Final deliverables will be:

A comprehensive excel report detailing insights and findings from the analysis of emerging trends and opportunities in nonprofit advancement and AIC priorities,

A suite of tools and methodologies for streamlining operational processes, including an excel dashboard for monitoring productivity.

The Antarctic Institute of Canada is a non-profit Canadian charity organization founded by former Antarctic researcher Austin Mardon in 1985. Its original aim was to lobby for the federal government of Canada to increase the extent of Canadian research in the Antarctic. However, AIC slowly diversified and initiated programs for students to publish Antarctic research in newspapers and academic journals. These days, the AIC supports academic writing, research, and multimedia in many fields, expanding far beyond the organization’s original focus on Antarctica.
