The main goal for the project is to build a competitive landscape for https://TrustNet.site and provide an analysis of the competitors. - Researching and identifying direct and indirect competitors in the government funding industry.

- Analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each identified competitor.

- Analyzing the different categories of users (Indigenous, women entrepreneurs, SME etc) and their behaviours to connect with government funding

- Creating a detailed report on the competitive landscape and providing recommendations for TrustNet's market expansion based on the analysis.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive list of direct and indirect competitors in the government funding industry.

- SWOT analysis for each identified competitor.

- A detailed report on the competitive landscape with recommendations for TrustNet's market expansion.
