Objective:

The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize the CEO's social media presence to generate leads for angel investors, business clients, and high government profile champions in the USA and Canada. Additionally, the role includes aiding in investor readiness and fundraising activities.



Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to target angel investors, business clients, and government champions.
  • Regularly update and manage profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant social media.
  • Monitor social media analytics to gauge reach, engagement, and effectiveness of content.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including posts, articles, and multimedia.
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries in a professional manner.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and engage potential investors and clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns specifically designed for lead generation.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track communications and progress.
  1. Investor Readiness:
  • Assist in preparing materials for fundraising campaigns, including presentations, business plans, and financial models.
  • Help organize investor meetings, pitch events, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the CEO to develop and maintain a 'Book of Business' for tracking investor relations and engagement.
  1. Email and LinkedIn Management:
  • Manage the CEO's LinkedIn account and email for professional networking and communication.
  • Filter and prioritize incoming communications, and draft responses when appropriate.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, calls, and meetings with investors and stakeholders.
  1. Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research on potential investors, market trends, and industry updates.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to keep the CEO informed of relevant developments.
