educational materialsThe main goal of this project is to recommend a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategy for Restore Medical Clinics and create materials to raise awareness of employees about the experiences of underrepresented and historically marginalized groups. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching DEIB strategies and best practices.
- Developing a DEIB strategy tailored to Restore Medical Clinics.
- Creating educational materials to raise awareness about the experiences of underrepresented and historically marginalized groups.
- Developing a plan to implement the DEIB strategy.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of DEIB strategies and best practices.
- Ability to develop a DEIB strategy tailored to Restore Medical Clinics.
- Ability to create educational materials to raise awareness about the experiences of underrepresented and historically marginalized groups.
- Ability to develop a plan to implement the DEIB strategy.
Final deliverables should include:
- A written report outlining the DEIB strategy and plan of action.
- Educational materials to raise awareness about the experiences of underrepresented and historically marginalized groups.
- A presentation outlining the DEIB strategy and plan of action.
- weekly meetings with learners
- meetings as needed
- learner will have access to company data needed for project
- learners will have access to other team members for support
