Project: Human City aims to enhance its internal infrastructure to better support environmental projects on its platform, Co-Quest, and educational systems on Lotus Learning. The goal is to integrate sustainable practices and improve project management for community-based environmental initiatives such as community gardens, microgrids, and food processing co-ops. The project will involve a comprehensive review of current systems, identification of gaps, and formulation of a strategic plan to address these gaps. This will enable Project: Human City to more effectively support and scale its environmental projects, fostering greater community engagement and sustainability.



Key tasks include:


- Reviewing existing infrastructure and educational systems.


- Identifying areas for improvement in sustainability and project management.


- Outlining a detailed integration plan for sustainable practices.


- Proposing enhancements to support community-based environmental projects.

Deliverables

The project will result in a comprehensive report and strategic plan that includes:


- A detailed review of the current infrastructure and educational systems.


- Identification of key gaps and areas for improvement.


- A strategic plan outlining steps to integrate sustainable practices.


- Recommendations for enhancing project management for community-based environmental initiatives.
