The goal is to develop and execute a comprehensive STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) outreach program that fosters engagement and learning opportunities for the community. The Coordinator will work to build partnerships with local schools, organizations, and community groups to provide resources and support for STEAM education, develop and facilitate STEAM workshops and events, and provide ongoing mentorship and guidance for students and educators. The overall objective is to create a sustainable and accessible STEAM ecosystem that promotes inclusivity, equity, and innovation.

Deliverables

Your tasks may include:

  1. Assist in developing outreach strategies and tactics, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and networking with local schools and organizations.
  2. Collaborate with the coordinator and team members to plan and execute STEAM workshops and events, including coordinating logistics, developing curriculum, and leading activities.
  3. Provide mentorship and support for students and educators, including creating resources, offering guidance, and facilitating connections with STEAM professionals.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, including collecting data, conducting surveys, and analyzing feedback.
  5. Assist in reporting and communicating program results to stakeholders, including creating presentations and reports.

Overall, your role will be to increase engagements, drive business by liaison between schools, organizations and implementing an effective and impactful STEAM outreach program that engages and benefits the local community.
