Details

The main goal of this project is to improve Rhozeland's financial infrastructure and data input for audit, organization, and governmental purposes. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Analyzing existing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.


- Developing a new financial infrastructure system to improve data input and accuracy.


- Optimizing software runtime performance and assessing areas for improvement.


- Researching other variables that can improve the accuracy of financial data.


- Accounting for additional variables in the financial infrastructure system.


- Testing the developed system and making improvements based on additional data.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:


- Understanding of existing financial data and areas for improvement.


- Understanding of variables that affect the accuracy of financial data.


- Identification of areas for future improvement of the financial infrastructure system.


Bonus steps would include:


- Testing the developed system with users and accounting for additional parameters.


Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.


Mentorship

SECTION 1

Our training goals and expected training outcomes within the tenure will include the following: 

  • The ability to work remotely, managing your schedule and workload
  • Branding and company guideline expectations
  • Relationship building and community networking from our expansion to the digital space


Within our first month, we plan on approaching our training and support with these tasks:


Week 1

  1. On-boarding & orientation of roles and departments within Rhozeland
  2. Technologies and software overview and familiarization

Week 2:

  1. Delegation of Tasks and Responsibilities for current projects

Week 3-4+:

  1. Constant communication and annual reviews as required




SECTION 2

Employer Evaluation:

The following are our key performance indicators for this position regarding updates to ensure current project deliverables/tasks:

  1. A minimum of one weekly scheduled meeting and work session lasting two hours.
  2. Commitment to fulfilling a certain number of hours at 894 College Street.
  3. Responsibility and professionalism, such as punctuality and decency toward other people, are essential in meeting the expectations of Rhozeland's vision.
  4. Ability to communicate & be accountable for sudden changes in direction and company management
  5. Company culture impact and willingness to use resources

Trainee's Evaluation:

We would like to evaluate our trainee's feedback through our areas in the following department:

  1. Skillset and knowledge impact on future developments
  2. In-studio experience
  3. Remote experience
