The goal of this project is to create job descriptions and interview guides for Restore International Foundation. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the organization's mission, values, and goals.


- Developing job descriptions for various positions within the organization.


- Developing interview guides for each position.


- Researching and creating a list of questions to ask potential candidates.


- Developing a rating system for each candidate.


- Creating a feedback form for each candidate.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the organization's mission, values, and goals.


- Developed job descriptions for various positions within the organization.


- Developed interview guides for each position.


- Researched and created a list of questions to ask potential candidates.


- Developed a rating system for each candidate.


- Created a feedback form for each candidate.


Mentorship

I will be available via teams or other electronic communication for set meetings and as needed by the student.

The student will also have access to other team members for project support
