Creating a successful onboarding and hosting platform experience for new health providers with management in advertising, recruitment, relationship managing and overall client/audience satisfaction with service providers added to the virtual directory.

Deliverables

Familiarize

  • Review Google Form Application
  • Create alternative templates using current copy in circulation
  • Suggest innovative ways to aggregate service providers ie: video teaser
  • Start vetting like minded virtual providers (health & humanity) and find direct emails for contact, add to master spreadsheet

Research competitor hosting platforms in the health space

  • identify how we can differentiate, what their fees and terms are, what they offer both users and providers

Simplify a package for providers:

  • Create a Blended Services One Pager for recruiting
  • Review Hosting Package to tell the process and what they receive to coincide with:
  • Provider check list and best practices using current contract agreement
  • Our Commitment one pager including fee structure, process, metrics updates, terms & conditions
  • Create content posts for social, web advertising and paid advertising

Relationship Management

  • Maintain follow ups, organizing process, ensure onboarding
  • Guide the process and client expectations
Mentorship
  • We love working with students and have a process that has not only proved benedicial for the student and our team, but also one that aligns the students with a true experiential opportunity as they truly become one of the team.
  • We have a mandatory team call weekly and so far have been able to accomodate everyones schedules to get this timing suited for all attendees.
  • Whats app group chat is for immediate or important info in the minute from the Owner.
  • We have thorough project timelines and allow students to add and provide goal input before their tasks are created so that they get the most out of the placement and role.
  • Open door policy, constructive mentorship and teaching opportunities provided
  • Full access to corporate email, canva pro, social bee, social media accounts, corporate CRM and all contacts, Linked In, Google Drive, brand guidelnes and asset + any other tools relevant to role
  • Directly supervise and support the work of the intern along the way
