Details

Perennial Talent is a small HR consulting firm with two co-founders. We recently developed a 6-module e-learning course to train hiring managers on how to conduct an effective interview (see the course here: ptinterviewtraining.thinkific.com/). Some of our existing clients have used and enjoyed this training. We do not have much marketing and sales experience and are struggling to identify the best way to market and sell this course. We have tried a few approaches (e.g., small email marketing campaign; LinkedIn posts) with little to no success.

We are hoping to collaborate with learners who could help us identify the best way to market and sell this course.

Deliverables
  • Confirm the ideal buyer persona (e.g., Head of HR of small-mid sized companies in Canada and the US).
  • Identify strategies for marketing this e-learning course.
  • Research how ideal clients typically purchase this kind of offer for their company.
  • Help create a marketing plan.
  • Help create a sales plan.
Mentorship

You will work directly with one or both of the co-founders of Perennial Talent.

We prefer a collaborative approach, where we will work together with learners to identify the best way to approach the project (e.g., meeting cadence; timelines; scope; tools required; access to data needed, etc.).

Perennial Talent helps HR professionals to reduce bias and add objectivity to their hiring, learning and development, and performance management practices using competency frameworks or skills models. Our team of industrial-organizational psychology practitioners works with clients worldwide in private, public, and not for profits. We have developed robust competency frameworks and have created technical competencies in a range of industries including telecom, manufacturing, banking, and policing. After competencies are developed, we help our clients apply competencies to their entire talent lifecycle, from hiring to onboarding to learning and development to performance management and career pathing.

We are experts in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. Where we require additional help is in the sales and marketing side of our business.
