Details

TS Creative Consulting, together with three other established brands, is working on the introduction of an innovative concept in the golf industry and seeks support to successfully bring this concept/product offering to market. The project involves conducting a competitive analysis to understand the current landscape and identify potential competitors. Additionally, the team will identify and analyze the target market, focusing on demographics, preferences, and purchasing behaviors (note: we have existing data to enrich this). The goal is to develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that aligns with our vision and objectives. This strategy will directly influence our investment and funding approach, ensuring a well-supported market entry.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed competitive analysis report, identifying key competitors and market trends. Additionally, a comprehensive target market analysis will be provided, highlighting potential customer segments and their characteristics. The final deliverable is a strategic GTM plan, outlining marketing, sales, and distribution strategies. These deliverables will collectively inform our overall investment and funding strategy for the new golf concept.
