The main goal of the project is to migrate the existing IT infrastructure, applications, and services from on-premises environments to cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365 Business, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, the students will be responsible for verifying all files stored across various drives and external hard disks, organizing and consolidating the verified files onto the cloud storage platform, setting up the data room on the Microsoft Cloud platform, integrating data and services across all devices used by users, and ensuring seamless access and synchronization of data across devices.

To achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

1. Verify Files:

- Thoroughly review files stored across various drives and external hard disks.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of content.

2. Organize and Consolidate Files:

- Organize verified files and data.

- Consolidate files onto the designated cloud storage platform.

3. Migration Tasks:

- Migrate old email archives to the Microsoft platform.

- Transfer emails from current email service to Microsoft platform while backing up past emails.

- Migrate a non-Microsoft platform to the designated cloud platform.

- Consolidate several environments into the cloud.

4. Data Room Setup:

- Set up the data room on the Microsoft Cloud platform.

5. Device Integration:

- Integrate data and services across all devices used by users (computers, cell phones, tablets).

- Ensure seamless access and synchronization of data across devices.

Final deliverables should include all verified and consolidated files, a fully set up data room on the Microsoft Cloud platform, and seamless integration and synchronization of data across all devices.

The intern will be accompanied by the CEO of the company as well as consultants involved in the project; if needed.
