The ultimate goal of this project is to create 4 months worth of social media content for my digital marketing agency to be posted across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Since we have 10+ clients on the go at all times, our own social media (Serenity Creative Agency) no longer becomes a priority, however, I am seeking a creative social media manager and content creator to assist with this.

Throughout the duration of the project, the student(s) will be responsible for creating social media content that aligns with our brand mission, vision, and goals, while also stays relevant to the ever-changing digital space. Student(s) will complete the content with copywriting and hashtags that include relevant keywords and provoke thoughtful discussion.

Students will need to:

• Complete market and company research to brainstorm content ideas that provide value and entertainment
• Create content (reels and graphics) that aligns with our brand's mission, goals, and target audiences' needs
• Write copywriting to accompany each post and provide relevant hashtags

In order to be successful, students will need to submit:

• 2 weeks worth of content at a time to our shared google drive folder, and total 4 months of content by the end of the project, in an organized content calendar
• Use our company's canva account to create posts
• Edit and prepare video reels using capcut (or another video editing platform)

We are seeking a student who is:

• Creative, enthusiastic, and shows initiative
• Has experience working in social media management
• Responds well to feedback and wants to see the company succeed

Throughout this project, I, Santina, the owner of Serenity Creative Agency will be a resource and guide. I will work with the student to ensure they are aware and comfortable with all of the processes within our company, and are set up for success. The student will be set up with their own google drive folder where deliverables and communication will be stored.

Additionally, I will organize regular check-ins with the student to ensure we are on the right path, same page, and that they are enjoying the work.
