vertical farmingLocal Grown Salads requires a promotional content that explains the nutritional benefits of growing in Indoor Vertical Farming.
The materials will be used in a number of places
· Website
· Emails
· Social Media Posts
The content must address the following:
· The perception Indoor Vertical Farming is not growing “Naturally”
· The advantage of Indoor Vertical Farming in Urban Centers
· The advantages of fresh vegetables
· How Indoor Vertical Farming can address food deserts
· Advantages of MicroGreens in healthy diets
· Advantages of Herbs in a healthy diet
· Specifics about individual cultivars
The material must be framed for the following audiences:
(The core knowledge will be reused, the framing is what is important here)
· USDA – SNAP
· USDA – Urban Farming
· Hospitals
· School Systems
· Urban farming organizations
· Food Banks
· Others as identified
We will work with the students closely at the beginning to ensure they understand the project
Then e-mail communication and a weekly meeting to review and discuss..
