The main goal of this project is to develop performance management tools and training materials for Restore Medical Clinics. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Analyzing existing performance management systems and processes.

- Developing performance management tools and training materials.

- Optimizing performance management tools and training materials for use in Restore Medical Clinics.

- Researching additional variables that can improve the performance management system.

- Accounting for additional variables in the performance management tools and training materials.

- Testing the developed tools and materials and making improvements based on additional data.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of existing performance management systems and processes.

- Understanding of variables that affect the performance management system.

- Identification of areas for future improvement of the performance management system.

Bonus steps would include:

- Testing the developed tools and materials with users and accounting for additional parameters

Final deliverables should include:

- All source code.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

- Performance management tools and training materials.
