This app will allow users to view, manage, and update their current bookings, as well as complete a seamless, contactless check-in process directly from their mobile devices. Integrated with Hivenue’s CRM and inventory systems, the app will provide tenants with real-time updates, important notifications, and guidance throughout their move-in process.
The primary objective is to enhance tenant satisfaction by offering a convenient, intuitive, and efficient solution for managing reservations and check-ins.
