The goal is to develop actionable pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability. Students will conduct a competitive landscape analysis, examining major competitors, pricing models, and market trends. They will also perform cost-benefit and break-even analyses to understand the impact of production costs and sales volumes on profitability. The project aims to provide strategic pricing recommendations that align with DansFarmaRoot's broader business objectives, leveraging classroom knowledge in a real-world context.
