We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Our team is looking for a digital team who can help us drive more traffic to our website, write blog content and build our social media presence. The primary project requirements include:

  1. Digital post creation and implementation:
  2. Creating engaging content for prominent media websites

3. Assist in growing subscription to newsletter through digital layout and readability score

4. Promoting virtual events using the platforms listed below

5. Building our new Pinterest, building the company Linkedin Page, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube (posting clips and condensing)

6. Content (video) editing, video marketing (tags, reels, embedding)

A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

Deliverables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

  • Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics
  • Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization
  • Be savvy in communication in written form and capable of writing scripts for video explainers for the site
  • Link blogs to social media via RSS
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Our team weekly call is a mandatory check in where students will engage virtually and interact with their weekly brainstorm asks being provided at the end of each session and delivered at the start each following week. Students wll interact with company and add ideas where applicable. Mentorship, learnings and ongoing development is established through this timeline as well as through the students OKR's (objective key results) requested of them each week.
