By the end of the project, students are expected to have made significant contributions to components of the marketing and sales plan.
Final deliverable includes: They are asked to submit a document summarizing their findings, strategies employed, and their contributions towards achieving the project's objectives.
To achieve the project goal, students will need to undertake a series of tasks, such as market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends, creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, and analysis of engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies. They may also be involved in designing and executing targeted advertising campaigns. Additionally, students will need to apply SEO best practices to content creation to improve search engine rankings and visibility. Throughout the project, they will compile and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of their strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. The culmination of these activities will be documented in a comprehensive report that outlines their methodologies, findings, and the impact of their efforts on the project's overall success.
To support students in completing the project, we will allocate dedicated staff time for mentoring and guidance, ensuring they have direct access to experienced professionals for queries and assistance. Students will be provided with access to essential tools and technology, including subscriptions to platforms like Canva, Google Analytics, and various content management systems, facilitating their work on the project. We will also grant access to relevant market data and research materials to inform their strategies and decisions. Weekly video meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress, address challenges, and facilitate knowledge sharing among the team. In addition to these synchronous interactions, asynchronous collaboration will be encouraged through digital platforms, allowing for flexible communication and continuous project development outside of scheduled meetings. This holistic support structure is designed to empower students with the resources, knowledge, and guidance needed to successfully contribute to and learn from the project.
