infographicsThe main goal for the project is to create a visual depiction of the "success journey" for the Benessere North membership, providing a visual of the path to success for women with high blood pressure, weight issues, and other chronic health concerns to heal naturally with whole plant foods. The project also aims to create social media content - reels and posts for Instagram and shorts for YouTube.
- Analyze the 5 steps and milestones mapped out for the success journey.
- Create an infographic version of the journey for easy reference for the members.
- Design a questionnaire to help members assess their current position on the success journey and identify the content they need to start making progress.
- Create 3-5 reels/shorts weekly to post on social media. These may be a combination of reels that I create and content that the students create themselves.
I will be available to meet weekly during the project to provide information, guidance, support, and encouragement, although contact may need to be 2-3 times weekly initially to be sure everyone is on the same page. I am happy to connect as often as the students need or as recommended by the educator/students - with more meetings likely needed upfront to clarify the success journey I've been developing.
I will share any tools/tech that may be useful for the project (e.g., Fusebase for team management, etc).

Good health and well-beingAbout the company
This is a start-up not-for-profit that helps women struggling with high blood pressure/ cholesterol, weight issues, diabetes, and many other chronic health concerns to prevent, suspend and whenever possible (which is often) reverse their chronic diseases, primarily by using the healing power of plant-based nutrition. We also incorporate the other healthy lifestyle pillars or habits.
Vivian Polak, MD, provides the coaching to the clients by way of courses and a women's community for on-going expert guidance and support. It has been enormously helpful to have a few people volunteer from time to time to help get the message and assistance out to the public - with video editing, marketing, website design, other IT support, etc.
Incidentally, my first undergraduate degree was in Business Administration (Western Univ, London ON), but after a few years of working in business I went to medical school, so I need lots of help with many facets of the nonprofit.
