We would like a student to help us with facilitating the activities of an outreach program for our Podcast. From prep and pre-production to release, audience engagement and continuity. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what requirements and expectations are for our organization.

Ultimately, you will be working on building our podcast through collaborations with use of social media. You will work with the social media management team to create attractive content for influencers and the various platforms you will market on.

You'll be bringing alive a pet project that focuses on using its platform to elevate and educate on the topic of business women in the media.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Build an outreach system and connect to potential collaborators
• sending welcome packets
• template emails to send to sponsors
• creating sponsor package for podcast etc
• responsible for onboarding collaborators & clients
• creating graphics in collaboration with social media lead for collaborators to post on their platforms
• adding posts to our Wordpress panel
• creating tag and post instructions
• working with fellow interns to establish this process and lead
• establishing a workflows

Students will be working remotely on the project for 80 hours. They will be required to participate in meetings and conference calls via Google Meet or Zoom and they will report to a social media director. There will be a training process and the student will be in contact with their director and CEO on a daily basis, as they will be available to answer any questions and guide them through the project.
