  1. Structure a Health & Safety plan for our future property with:
  • sanitization and hygiene considerations for Kitchen, Washrooms, Spa Area, Fitness/Multipurpose Area
  • safety protocol and evacuation plan

2. Create a corporate wellness package.

1. Analyze architectural plans and support any modifications as they pertain to health & safety best practices.

  • create a one pager for designated areas regarding the H&S including evacuation step by step.
  • create a one pager for designated areas regarding sanitization step by step
  • create basic a basic guideline document for guests on the property and also for internal staff
  • an asset for us would include having short videos (think airline stewardess demonstrating how to "buckle up")

2. Review in-house wellness services and incorporate these into a Workplace Wellness Employee Incentive Package

  • look at industry standards for typical cost to employer, what is generally offered and see how we can differentiate
  • Ensure the costs considered for each service have a duration timeline set for usage and execution
  • Explain the benefits for each
Mentorship

Students are welcome to attend Tuesday team meetings virtually where we brainstorm, strategize and problem solve with one another. Team culture is created through ice breaking group or individually executed activities.

Regular check ins and responsive messaging through What's App extended. Milestone and OKR's measured weekly for students progress, deliverables, support required and questions.
