TrustNet is an innovative funding bot designed to streamline the process of discovering government funding sources for small businesses and entrepreneurs, with an initial focus on Indigenous communities. TrustNet aims to help Indigenous, women, entrepreneurs, BIPOC, SMEs, and large enterprises find funding sources using AI/LLM.


The main goal for the project is to collaborate on market research and positioning to gain a competitive advantage for

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting market research to identify the target audience and their specific funding needs.


- Analyzing the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.


- Developing a positioning strategy to differentiate TrustNet from competitors and appeal to the target audience.


- Creating a marketing plan to effectively promote TrustNet's innovative solution to the identified target audience.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive market research report detailing the target audience and their funding needs.


- A competitive analysis report highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market.


- A positioning strategy document outlining how TrustNet will differentiate itself and appeal to the target audience.


- A marketing plan with actionable tactics to promote TrustNet's solution effectively.



Final deliverables:


- All research reports and strategy documents.


- A presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations.

1 All company resources for successful completion of the project including access to paid accounts and learning resources


2 Mentorship and guidance from the management team through phone, email and Zoom meetings
