Objective of the Project

This project focuses on preparing for a successful game launch in 2025 by:

  1. Setting up and promoting the Steam page (or similar platforms) to grow the wishlist and preparing for platform expansion (e.g., Xbox, Apple).
  2. Supporting administrative activities with key partners to ensure readiness for support and distribution.
  3. Building a strong community through outreach and engagement campaigns.
  4. Growing the audience for associated e-learning activities.


Tasks and Activities Students Will Engage In


Steam Page Setup and Platform Readiness

  • Create and optimize a professional Steam page, including visuals, descriptions, and tags.
  • Develop and execute wishlist growth campaigns and pre-launch updates.
  • Research and prepare documentation for launching on Xbox, Apple, and other platforms.


Administrative Support for Key Partners and Fundraising

  • Organize and manage communications with key partners like Xbox and Apple.
  • Document meetings, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Support management with admin tasks project management and fundraising activities


Community Outreach and Building

  • Launch and manage community hubs (e.g., Discord, Reddit) with onboarding resources.
  • Plan and execute community events like live Q&As and polls.
  • Create and implement a social media content calendar.


Audience Growth for E-Learning Activities

  • Design promotional campaigns and audience growth for e-learning initiatives.


Stakeholder Reporting and Presentation

  • Summarize project progress in Steam setup, wishlist campaigns, community growth, and partner support.
  • Provide a roadmap for sustaining engagement and scaling e-learning activities.


Deliverables

Steam Page (or Similar) Setup and Campaigns

  • A fully optimized and approved Steam page with appropriate visuals, tags, and descriptions. This can also be a draft or plan for later implementation, as requested
  • A wishlist growth strategy with executed campaigns and engagement reports.
  • Documentation of requirements for other platforms (e.g., Xbox, Apple).

Administrative and Project Management Support

  • Organized summary of meeting schedules, timelines, and deliverables for key partners and individuals as requested.
  • Centralized documentation of communications and actionable follow-ups.
  • Provided reports of student work summary

Community Engagement Deliverables

  • A branded and active community hub with clear guidelines and engagement plans.
  • Results of at least three community activities (e.g., Q&As, polls).
  • A social media content calendar and a report on campaign outcomes.

E-Learning Campaign and Prototype

  • Report on growth status regarding supporting e-learning activities.

Stakeholder Report and Presentation

  • A comprehensive project summary report, including Steam setup, community growth, and partner support.
  • A roadmap for sustaining engagement and scaling both the game and e-learning activities.

Final Deliverables Include:

  1. Completed and optimized Steam page(or similar) with wishlist growth results. Plans and drafts can also be accepted instead if requested by management.
  2. Partner communication and follow-up documentation.
  3. Community engagement report and social media campaign plans, preferably with results report.
  4. E-learning promotional campaign analysis and audience growth
  5. Stakeholder presentation and roadmap for future growth.
